Advanced Reports is a paid add-on in Recruiterflow that enables you to generate customized, in-depth reports to give you a clear picture of your recruitment and sales processes. This module allows you to tailor the data to your specific needs so that you can get answers around:

  • Company Revenue Funnel: How is my company faring on a monthly or quarterly basis based on the sales and recruiting tasks we are doing? Basically measuring the funnel across adding a company > deal > qualified > won.

  • Top interview getters: Who are my recruiters who have the strongest funnel of moving candidates through the submission stages and winning an interview?

  • Hired by source: How many candidates get hired for a job/client based on their source

  • Visualization: Flexibility to view these metrics in different forms of charts - line, bar, tabular, etc

and much more...

Note: Advanced Reporting will be available for free for all plans till July 31st, 2025, post which, it will be a paid add-on

Why Use Advanced Reports?

Advanced Reports are ideal for recruiters, team leads, and agency owners who want more control over their analytics. Instead of relying on predefined reports, you can:

  • Explore trends unique to your workflow.

  • Identify bottlenecks in your hiring and sales processes.

  • Assess team contributions in detail.

  • Monitor revenue streams and break them down into smaller chunks like sources, attributions, etc.

How to Create an Advanced Report

Step 1

Head to the side menu inside Recruiterflow, hover on the Reports icon and click on Recruiterflow BI as seen in the image below.

Step 2:

You will see the Advacned Reporting tab prompting you to create your first Advanced Report. Click on the +New Advanced Report button to get started with creating your first advanced report.

Step 3

In the next screen you will see the Advanced Report setup prompting you to pick the data you want to measure , against the columns you want in your report.

There are 3 options for rows:

  1. Users

  2. Teams

  3. Company (across your company)

You can either choose specific users and teams or select All users and All teams.

Coming to the columns, there are a host of columns available, from recruiting to sales. Here are all the possible columns you can add in your advanced report:

Recruiting:

  • New Candidates

  • New Jobs

  • Revenue

  • Moved to Stage (Can pick specific stages here)

  • Candidate Hired

  • Recruiting Notes

  • Recruiting Calls

  • Candidate Custom Activity

  • Job Custom Activity

  • Recruiting Emails

  • Messages Sent

  • Scorecard Submitted

  • Time to Fill

  • Recruiting Events

Sales:

  • New Contacts

  • New Companies

  • New Deals

  • Sales Notes

  • Sales Calls

  • Sales Emails

  • Sales Messages Sent

  • Contact Custom Activity

You can pick multiple culmns against a single row for your advanced report.

For instance, in the report below, I am measuring the performance of all my recruiters by analyzing how many candidates submitted to clients, move to hired stage.

Please refer to the video below to get an in-depth understanding of how to create Advanced Reports.

Step 4

Once you have added your row and columns, you can choose to set the time period you want to analyze the data for - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, custom.

In the report set up above, we are analyzing the data for the current month broken down to a week-on-week basis.

Step 5

Once you have the report ready, click on the Save Report button on top.

A new window will open up, asking you to name the report along with the option to add it to your dashboard (highly recommended). Based on your need, ensure you click the right Save option.

Pro Tip: Keep your advanced reports handy by adding them to your dashboard.
