At Recruiterflow, we believe in logging all the data by ourselves automatically so that you don’t have to spend the time to do so. For the same, we automatically log all the candidate communication across your team automatically.

You just need to go to 'Permissions' under Settings and enable permissions.

In case we don't have permission from you to send/receive emails and send calendar invites, you will see 'Connect now' button in the permissions tab. Just click on 'Connect now'. 

The pop-up will open asking you for relevant permission. Select the account from which you want to give the permission. 

Click on Allow in the next screen, and now we have that relevant permission. 

Once the permission is enabled, all the candidate communications are logged automatically. Think of Recruiterflow as shared inbox now where all the team members are updated about what’s happening with the candidate.
