Enabling GSuite permissions on Recruiterflow

To automatically log emails and calendar invites across your team, Recruiterflow needs permission to connect with your Google or Microsoft account. This is a one-time setup — once done, everything is tracked without any manual effort.

How to enable Google permissions:

  1. Go to Settings in your Recruiterflow account.

  2. Click on Permissions in the left menu.

  3. If your Google or Microsoft account isn't connected, you'll see a Connect now button. Click it.

  4. A sign-in popup will appear — select the account you want to connect.

  5. Click Allow to grant Recruiterflow the necessary access.

That's it. From this point on, all emails sent or received by your team are automatically logged, and calendar invites sync without any extra steps.

A few things to know:

  • This permission covers email logging AND calendar invite syncing — both are enabled together.

  • Every member on your team needs to connect their own Google or Microsoft account individually.

  • If you use multiple Google or Microsoft accounts, make sure you select the one tied to your work email.

Think of it like turning Recruiterflow into a shared inbox — your whole team can see what's been sent to a candidate, so nothing falls through the cracks.
