You can add or update a payment method directly from your account settings.
Recruiterflow uses Stripe to process payments β your card details are stored securely by Stripe and never held on Recruiterflow's servers.
How to add a credit card:
Log in to your Recruiterflow account.
Go to Settings using the link in the top navigation bar.
Click Billing in the left sidebar.
In the payment section, enter your credit card number, expiration date, and CVV.

βClick Save. Your card is validated and stored securely.
Once added, the card will be used for upcoming renewals and any outstanding charges on your plan.
Things to know:
Only account Admins can access the Billing section and update payment details.
If your card is declined, double-check that the billing address on the card matches what's entered in Stripe.
To update an existing card, follow the same steps β entering new card details will replace the current one on file.
For invoices or billing history, they're available in the same Billing section.
