Using the Data Highlights card

Building a customizable snapshot of the most decision-critical candidate fields.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Data Highlights is a customizable snapshot showing the 1–4 fields your team cares about most, laid out in a horizontal grid.

Setup: in the Layout Editor, select which fields appear and drag to reorder them.

Things to know:

  • This card can be added in either of the columns, multiple times.

  • Empty fields show as "--" rather than being hidden, to preserve the grid layout.

  • Short Text, Long Text, Rich Text, and Parent-Child field types can't be added, they're too complex for the compact cell format.

  • Editing is inline: click any field or its "--" to edit; it auto-saves on blur, and Escape cancels.

  • This card can't be collapsed, it's always expanded.

Example: Compensation, notice period, availability, location, and status make a strong Data Highlights set for a fast-moving contract staffing team.
