Setting up a job template

How to set up your job settings, application form, stages and scorecard on Recruiterflow?

Recruiterflow allows you to set up multiple jobs templates, so that whenever you create a new job, the details are auto-populated. This feature not only helps you save time but also brings uniformity across the team, which enabled you to collaborate better.

Using the job template, you can create:

  • Job details (Commitment, Engagement Type and Job Description)

  • Application form

  • Stage workflow

  • Scorecards

Job Details

The first section of the job template allows you to add default commitment, engagement type, and job description. Do hit save to save all thee details.

When you create a new job, these details will be auto-populated. You can always edit and change them.

Application Form

In the default application form section, you can create a default questionnaire that a candidate will fill in when they apply. You can choose from system questions or add your custom questions. You can also map the response of a custom question to a custom field or create a knockout question.

Interview Plan

This third and last section of the default job template section, allows you to add/remove/edit stages of your default pipeline, add interviews, create default scorecards for those interviews, and add fill probability for your default pipeline.

Click on Add Stage at the bottom to add stages. Moves stages across the default pipeline.

Click on the Edit icon on the stage card to Edit the stage name, add fill probability and add/remove/edit interviews. Click on Configure Scorecard to configure the scorecard for the interview.

Once you are done, hit save!

Note: The job templates will only work for the jobs created after the template. is saved. It won't work for pre-existing jobs.
