How to use a Default Job Description

You can set up a default job description for all jobs, under settings.

When you find yourself in a situation where you would want to use a default job description for all the jobs, you can take advantage of the Default Job Template option under settings. The process can be completed by following these steps:

  1. You can go to the link directly: https://recruiterflow.com/settings#job-settings Or when you log in to Recruiterflow you can go to settings as shown below :

2. Once you're on the page, you will have various options. In this case, select the "Job Settings" option on the left hand side.

3. You can then go ahead and click on the edit icon under 'Default Job Template' as shown below.

4. Following which, you can fill in the Job Description under Job Setup and click on save.

By following these steps, you can make sure you have a set default job description for jobs moving forward. You can always change the job description to your preference, while creating a new job on Recruiterflow. This feature not only saves time but is also a convenient solution for managing your database on Recruiterflow.
