Recruiterflow offers the functionality to utilize alias emails, which serve as alternate email addresses that can be added to your account.
Aliases help you reach out to more candidates and contacts at scale without affecting your domain reputation.
You can use an email alias to send email via the profile, bulk email, campaign or recipes.
To add an email alias:
Go to Settings -> Profile
Click on Add Alias
Enter the First Name, Last Name, Email and the platform on which the alias is present (GSuite or Office365)
Once added, you need give email sending permssion for the alias. Click on Connect next to the Alias name to connect the alias.
Once permissions are enabled, you will get a message that Alias was succesfully created.
You should now be able to send emails via this alias.
Important Points:
One alias can only be connected to 1 user
Admins have access to all Aliases
Aliases can't login to Recruiterflow
