MPC is a tried and tested method to pitch your star candidates faster. It spans various use cases like pitching top candidates for open roles, filling urgent roles, and candidate marketing.
In most of these use cases, you would want to pitch your top candidates to multiple contacts that fit your needs. To help you do that, we have integrated MPC links into campaigns and bulk emails so that you can pitch to multiple clients and quickly seek feedback on them.
This article will guide you through creating a campaign around MPC and tracking its performance.
Step 1: Identifying and Creating MPC Links
Start by identifying the top candidates you want to pitch to your clients.
Once done, create an MPC link with all the information you need to pitch a client and click on ‘Create and copy link’
Step 2: Creating an Email Campaign with MPC Links
Head to Campaigns and based on your requirement either create a new Contact campaign or edit an existing Contact campaign.
If you create a new campaign you can add the MPC link to your email and share it with multiple contacts.
You can also choose to edit an existing campaign and paste the MPC link in an already-created step.
However, the email with the link will only be shared with the contacts you add to the campaign after making the change.
Step 3: Track MPC Link Views and Opens
When you share an MPC link in a campaign, each contact will get a unique link and you will be able to track who views it, how many times they view it, and when they have viewed it.
To get these analytics, head to Settings > CRM Settings and click on the ‘Opens’ number adjacent to your MPC link.
You will see the View Log of the MPC link showing all the details.
Based on the interactions and feedback, you can follow up with clients who showed interest in your candidates. And use them to refine your future campaigns and improve candidate placements.
