Key Features of RF GPT for Jobs

1. Craft or Rewrite Job Descriptions

RF GPT can write completely new job descriptions or rewrite existing ones. The AI uses the key information added by you while setting up the job in Recruiterflow to generate a clear, concise, and optimized job description.

If you already have a job description but need it rewritten for tone, clarity, or keyword optimization, RF GPT can handle that too.

You can also save the job description to the job with a single click.

2. Craft Screening Questions for Interviews

Similar to RF GPT for candidates, your recruiting assistant can generate role-specific screening questions that help you evaluate candidates based on their experience and the job requirements.

Based on the job description and details about the role, RF GPT can provide up to five custom screening questions. These questions are designed to dive deep into the candidate’s qualifications, ensuring a more focused and productive interview process.

You can append this with more questions or get questions around very specific criteria by directly chatting to RF GPT using the chat as seen in the image below.
