The "Job radius search" within a given location filter allows users to find jobs located within a specific radius of a geographic point. This is particularly useful for recruiters looking to find candidates or jobs in specific areas, making it easier to manage location-based hiring efforts.

Benefits of This Filter:

  • Localize your search: Identify jobs that are within a certain distance of a city or geographic location.

  • Tailor candidate sourcing: Focus your candidate search efforts based on the job’s location to find candidates who are local or willing to relocate to the area.

  • Geographic segmentation: Use this filter to create location-based segments for jobs, enabling better targeting in job postings and candidate communications.

How to Use This Filter:

  1. Navigate to Advanced Search:

Go to the Advanced Search page in Recruiterflow, and select Jobs as your search category.

  2. Select the Filter:

From the list of available filters, choose the Job radius search within a given location filter.

  3. Enter the Location and Radius:

Specify the location (e.g., city, state, or region) and the radius (e.g., 10 miles, 50 kilometers, etc.) for your search.

  4. Run the Search:

Click Done to see all jobs that fall within the specified radius of your chosen location.

Example Use Cases:

  1. Jobs Near a Specific Location:

Use the filter to identify jobs near a candidate’s location, making it easier to pitch relevant roles that are within their preferred commuting distance.

  2. Targeting Remote Workers:

You can also use this filter to identify jobs that are flexible or remote but have a geographic restriction (e.g., jobs that require candidates to be within 100 miles of a central office).
