Posting a Job to LinkedIn from Recruiterflow

How to post open roles directly to LinkedIn as a free organic listing via Recruiterflow's limited listing partnership.

To pst jobs on LinkedIn from Recruiterflow, a LinkedIn Recruiter seat required. Listings appear under your LinkedIn Company Page with organic visibility, and applicants land directly in Recruiterflow.

Two things need to be in place before your first post: your LinkedIn Company ID entered in Recruiterflow's settings, and the job set to "External" status.

One-time setup

  1. Go to Settings > Job Board Settings

  2. Enter your LinkedIn Company ID (digits only) in the LinkedIn field

  3. Save

To find your LinkedIn Company ID: open your company's LinkedIn page. The ID is the string of digits in the URL after https://www.linkedin.com/company/. If you see text instead of digits, follow this guide to find your LinkedIn Company ID.

Posting a job to LinkedIn

  1. Open the job and click Edit Job

  2. Go to the Promote tab

  3. Click Edit next to the LinkedIn section


  4. Fill in the required fields:

    • Industry Category — select all industries your company operates in

    • Function — select the job function(s) this role falls under

    • Job Type — Full-time, Part-time, Contract, etc.

    • Contract — Contract type of the job

    • Poster Email — the email of the person posting it

    • Expiration Date — set when the listing should stop running


  5. Click Save

  6. Confirm the LinkedIn icon shows as active in the Promote section

Before posting, verify the job's status is set to External under job settings. External jobs appear on your careers page and are eligible for job board distribution — internal jobs won't be distributed.
