Recruiterflow’s revamped design brings a more intuitive, efficient, and customizable experience to help you work faster and more effectively. From on-the-go edits to custom views and segments, this new layout is designed to streamline your workflow and make managing candidates a breeze.
What’s New in the Design?
With our new interface, you’ll find these powerful updates:
Edit Information Directly in the Table: Make quick updates without switching views.
Create, Save, and Share Segments: Segment candidates based on specific criteria and access them anytime.
Custom Views: Tailor and add the views to see exactly what’s most important to you.
Let’s go through each of these updates to show how they work and how they can benefit your recruiting process.
1. Edit Information Directly in the Table
Now, you can make updates to the candidate/contact information directly in the database table. Simply click on the field you want to edit, make your changes, and the update will save automatically.
Why is this beneficial?
Save Time: No more switching back and forth between profiles.
Boost Efficiency: Make edits on the go as you scroll through candidates.
For example, if you need to update a candidate’s title or company, you can do so right from the main table without opening a separate profile page.
2. Create, Save, and Share Segments
Segments allow you to group candidates or contacts based on specific filters—experience, location, job role, or any criteria you choose. Once created, your segments will automatically update as profiles meet your saved criteria, and you can even share these with your team.

Benefits of Using Segments
Instant Access to Key Groups: View selective profiles in seconds.
Dynamic Updates: Segments automatically update as profile data changes.
Better Team Collaboration: Share segments for a unified team view.
3. Custom Views and Filters
With custom views, you can create tailored displays to match your recruiting needs. Choose the columns you want to see, apply relevant filters, and save the view for future use. You can keep the most preferred segments pinned to the table and keep them accessible.
Note: You can pin up to 5 segments to the table to keep them accessible.
Why Custom Views Are a Game-Changer
Focus on What Matters: Organize segments by the criteria most relevant to you.
Personalize Your Workflow: Customize views to suit your role or specific tasks, and switch between them as needed.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of the New Design
Experiment with Segments and Views: Try creating segments for different job roles, experience levels, or interview stages. Save and share these segments with your team for a collaborative experience.
Use Quick Edits to Stay Updated: As you learn more about people, make quick updates directly in the table. For instance, update their current job status or add tags without leaving the main database view.
Set Up Multiple Views for Different Tasks: Have a “New Candidates” view to quickly check incoming applications and a “Shortlisted Candidates” view to see only those progressing through the interview process.
