If your team has purchased the LinkedIn Messaging integration, you can now assign available licenses to specific users in your Recruiterflow account. This ensures only designated team members have access to send LinkedIn messages directly from Recruiterflow.

⚠️ Note: Only users with Admin permissions can assign or manage LinkedIn Messaging licenses.

Why this matters?

Assigning licenses helps your team:

  • Control access to LinkedIn Messaging

  • Stay within your purchased license limits

  • Ensure the right people are enabled for outreach

How to Assign LinkedIn Messaging Licenses

  1. Go to Settings
Click on the Settings icon from the top right corner, head to User Settings and click on the Edit icon adjacent to the user who you want to provide access as shown in the image.

  2. Enable “LinkedIn Messaging”
In the next window, you will see a checkbox titled Assign LinkedIn Messaging License checkbox along with the remaining licenses available for your account.

If you want to enable the license for a user, check this box.

    Finally, click on Save.

  3. View Licenses Assigned
Once assigned, you will see the LinkedIn icon in the License Assigned column, adjacent to the user.

What happens next?

Once a license is assigned:

  • The user will be able to access and use LinkedIn Messaging directly within Recruiterflow.

  • If unassigned, the user will no longer have access to the LinkedIn Messaging integration.
