With the Recruiterflow messaging integration, you can send direct messages and InMails to candidates and contacts right from within their profile in Recruiterflow — saving time and keeping all communication in one place.

This ability:

  • Eliminates context-switching between platforms

  • Keeps candidate communication streamlined and accessible

  • Automatically logs outreach activity to maintain a complete candidate history

💡 Messages and InMails sent from Recruiterflow will appear as if sent from your networking platform account.

Before You Start

To send messages or InMails from a candidate's profile in Recruiterflow, make sure:

  1. Your account is connected to your professional networking platform.
Go to Settings > Integrations and connect your account.

  2. The candidate’s or contact's profile in Recruiterflow has a valid networking profile link.
You can add or update this in the Contact Information section of the candidate's or contact's profile.

How to Send a Message or InMail

Once you've completed the steps above, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the candidate or contact's profile in Recruiterflow. Look for the message icon under the profile's basic details and click on it.

  2. The message box opens up. Now you can directly send your message from here and also view the replies.

That’s it! Your message is on its way.

📌 Note: You can only send messages if the person is a first-degree connection on your social network. In other scenarios, you will be asked to connect to the person first.

Where to View Sent Messages

Every message you send is automatically logged in the Activities and Communications tab of the profile, so your team has visibility into outreach efforts.

🔒 For privacy reasons, the actual message content is only visible to the sender.
