Recruiterflow’s integration with Timesheet Portal helps streamline your placements by automatically sending key placement data from Recruiterflow to Timesheet Portal the moment a placement is made.

This guide explains:

  • What the integration does

  • How to enable it for your account

What Does the Timesheet Portal Integration Do?

Once the integration is enabled, Recruiterflow automatically sends the following data to Timesheet Portal when a placement is created:

Data Sent to Timesheet Portal:

  • Client Details
Includes client name, address, postcode, city, state, and country.

  • Contact (Approver) Information
Sends contact details of the client-side approver.

  • Candidate (Contractor) Information
Sends candidate name, email, and client association.

  • Job Details
Job code, job title, and job description.

  • Placement Details
Start date, end date, salary, charge amount, and currency.

This allows you to:

  • Eliminate manual data entry into Timesheet Portal

  • Ensure contractors and approvers are correctly set up

  • Automatically trigger workflows in Timesheet Portal based on new placements
