Overview: What Is "Companies Most Submitted From"?

Every recruiter hits the same wall at some point: you've built a solid pipeline, submissions are going out, but you have no quick way to see which companies your candidates are actually coming from. Are you drawing from a broad talent pool, or are you leaning on the same three companies over and over?

The Companies Most Submitted From card answers that question at a glance. It shows you, ranked by volume, which companies your submitted candidates have come from for any given client or job.

Where You'll Find It

The card appears by default in two places:

  • Company page -- shows sourcing patterns across all jobs for that client

  • Job page -- shows sourcing patterns for that specific role

What the Card Shows

By default, the card displays the top 5 companies by submission count, ranked highest to lowest. Each row shows:

  • The company logo

  • The company name

  • The number of submissions from that company

If you have submissions from more than 5 companies, a View all link opens a full ranked list in a side panel.

What Happens When You Click a Company

Clicking any company name takes you directly into Advanced Candidate Search, pre-filtered to show all the candidates from that company. You're one click away from your best candidates from any source company.

Data Freshness

Submission data is reflected in real time. As soon as a candidate moves into a submission stage, the card updates to reflect the change.
