What is AIRA Source?

AIRA Source is an intelligent candidate discovery tool built into Recruiterflow that gives you access to 500M+ external candidate profiles without leaving your ATS.

Instead of searching LinkedIn, copying profiles into Recruiterflow, finding contact info in a separate tool, and then starting your outreach, you can now do it all in one window.

The problem it solves:

Sourcing and recruiting have always lived in different places, and that fragmentation has a real cost.

The old playbook looks like this: find a candidate on LinkedIn, copy their profile into your ATS manually, jump to another tool to find their contact details, switch back to launch a campaign, and lose context somewhere along the way. Repeat that for hours.

Every context switch is a chance to lose a candidate. The result is wasted time, fragmented data, and a slower path from discovery to placement.

AIRA Source fixes this by bringing candidate sourcing, enrichment, and outreach into one unbroken flow, directly inside Recruiterflow.


How It Works

AIRA Source streamlines sourcing into three simple steps:

Step 1: Search with Filters

Access AIRA Source from the sidebar by clicking the AIRA icon in Recruiterflow. Use familiar filters to discover candidates:

  • Job Title (current or past roles)

  • Location

  • Years of Experience

  • Function (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Marketing)

  • Company (current or past employers)

  • Seniority Level

  • Industry

  • Company Size

  • Skills and Keywords

  • Education (school, degree, graduation year)

You can optionally select a job you're sourcing for. And candidates you add to your database will automatically be added to that job in the Sourced stage.

Step 2: View Enriched Profiles with Contact Signals

Search results show candidate cards with:

  • Name, photo, and current role

  • Top work experience (with option to view full history)

  • Education background

  • Location

  • LinkedIn profile link

  • Contact availability indicators showing whether email or phone data is available

Click any card to open the full candidate profile, including complete work history, education details, career trajectory, and company information.

Automatic deduplication: Candidates already in your Recruiterflow database won't appear in search results, so you'll never accidentally contact someone twice.

Step 3: Add to Database → Find Contacts → Launch Outreach

From the search results or full profile view, you can:

  • Add to Database – Bring the candidate into Recruiterflow with one click

  • Find Email (2 AIRA credits per lookup)

  • Find Phone (2 AIRA credits per lookup)

  • Add to Job – Assign candidates to open roles

  • Add to Sequence – Launch outreach sequences immediately

If you selected a job in the "Source For" field, candidates are automatically added to that job when you add them to your database.

Bulk actions: Select multiple candidates and perform actions like Add to Database, Find Email, Find Phone, or Add to Campaign all at once.

Once a candidate is in your database, all future interactions: notes, emails, calls, submissions, are connected to their profile forever. Your team will always see the full history, eliminating repeated questions and embarrassing duplicate outreach.

Getting Started

AIRA Source is available exclusively to users on the AIRA plan. No setup is required; it's automatically available in your Recruiterflow account.

Searching is free. You'll only use AIRA credits when you choose to find email or phone contact information (2 credits per lookup).

To start sourcing, click the AIRA icon in your sidebar and begin your search.
