Where to Find the Off-Platform Hire Tag in Recruiterflow

Step-by-step guide to finding the Off-Platform Hire tag in the JCA page and understanding what it tells you.

Written by Amogh Balikai

The Off-Platform Hire tag lives inside the Job Candidate Activity (JCA) page, the same place where you track all candidate movements for a specific role.

How to find it

  1. Open Job Change Alerts page from the main navigation.

  2. Click into the Candidates tab

  3. Look at the candidate list. If an Off-Platform Hire has been detected, you'll see an Off-Platform Hire tag displayed in red on that candidate's entry, alongside any other tags like Decision Maker.

  4. Click on the candidate's name to open their full profile and review submission history, stage movements, and timestamps.

A note on visibility

The tag is visible to all users who have access to the JCA page for that job. There is no separate notification or email alert. The tag appears inline within the candidate list. Build a habit of reviewing your JCA pages, or add this check to your weekly or monthly pipeline review.
