Closing a job in Recruiterflow unpublishes it from all connected job boards and marks it as inactive. Candidates already in your pipeline are not affected — they stay in their current stages and their records remain fully intact.
How to Close a Job
Go to the Jobs page from the left navigation.
Find the job you want to close.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of the job card.
Select Close Job.
The job is immediately closed and removed from all job boards.
Things to Know
Candidates aren't affected. Closing a job doesn't move, archive, or delete any candidates in the pipeline. Everyone stays exactly where they are.
Job boards go dark right away. The job is unpublished from all connected boards the moment you close it — no delay.
You can reopen it. If hiring resumes, open the same three-dot menu on the job card and select Reopen Job. This republishes it to job boards.
Closed jobs are still accessible. Filter for closed jobs on the Jobs page to review past roles, candidates, or hiring data at any time.
Closing is not the same as deleting. Closed jobs and their candidate histories are preserved. Deletion is a separate, permanent action.
