Every candidate profile layout in Recruiterflow is defined by a view. There are four types:
All Users — the account-wide default. Only admins can edit it, and it can't be deleted. Everyone falls back to this if nothing else applies.
Team — created by a manager or admin for a specific team. One per team.
Specific-user — created by an admin for a named individual, useful for exceptions that don't warrant a whole team view.
Personal (Myself) — created by any recruiter for their own use. Only affects that one person.
Example: Your Exec Search team needs a layout weighted toward Placements and Jobs, while your Contract Staffing team needs Files and Contact Info front and center. Two Team views handle this without touching the Standard view everyone else relies on.
Edge case: A user can be affected by more than one view type at once (their own Personal view, a Team view, and the Standard view). See "How View Resolution Priority Works" for what happens when that overlaps.
