Recruiterflow allows you to create templates that can be of different types. Having these different types of Templates helps us include various relevant Custom Fields in the email template.
For instance, it's really hard to include Interview Schedule in a Candidate Email normally as the system doesn't have a reference about which interview schedule to include as there can be various states of a candidate in the interview pipeline. In case the system doesn't know the value and returns no value, every time the user has manually enter these fields which becomes tiresome.
Template Types help us bring more relevance to the email. Once you schedule an interview with the candidate, the system now knows the interview schedule and now the Interview Scheduling and Coordination template type can be used and it can auto-fill the relevant values.
