Deal stages allow you to categorize and track the progress of the deals you are working on. The deal pipeline helps you track the current status of your deals, and associated revenue and gives you unmatched insight into your sales process.
To Edit or Create a new deal pipeline go to Settings >> CRM Settings.
Click on the edit icon of the Default pipeline.
To add a new deal pipeline stage, click on add stage at the bottom, provide the stage name and win probability from the dropdown, and hit save.
You need to define a win probability for each stage.
You can also move stage orders and edit or delete the existing stage.
Note: Ideally the deal pipeline should have both Closed Won and Closed Lost stages for accurate reporting.
