While creating a new job in Recruiterflow, you can now add job details and job types as shown below:

Number of positions:

The number of positions that are there in the job. By default, it's set to 1.

Job Type:

Contingent : Contingent search is when you working non-exclusively for the job and you as the recruiting agency, only get paid if you get a candidate hired for the job. A contingent job will have the following fields:

  1. Expected Salary

  2. Commission: % of the salary that will be charged as commission if a candidate is placed

  3. Expected Fee: Expected fee/commission if a candidate is placed in the job.

Contract : An umbrella company ( you as the recruiting agency) acts as the employer, and the candidate will work through a contract of employment with that umbrella company. Rather than the client paying the candidate directly, the client will pay the umbrella company, who in turn, will then pay the candidate. A contract job will have the following fields:

  1. Contract Start Date: Date at which the contract for the job will start

  2. Contract End Date: Date at which the contract for the job will end

  3. Bill Rate: The amount charged to client (can be hourly, daily, weekly or monthly)

  4. Pay Rate: The rate of payment to the candidate

  5. Work Hours

Retained: Retained search agencies usually work exclusively for a role and are paid irrespective if someone is hired in the job or not. A retained job will have the following fields:

  1. Expected Fees: The revenue that you expect from a client.

  2. Start Date: Start date of the retained search contract

  3. End Date: End date of the retained search contract

Temporary: Clients require a member of staff to work with them on a temporary basis. A temporary job will have the following fields:

  1. Pay Rate: The rate of payment to the candidate

  2. Bill Rate: The amount charged to client (can be hourly, daily, weekly or monthly

  3. Work Hours
