Recruiterflow allows you to set up your default job, so that whenever you create a new job, the details are auto-populated. This feature not only helps you save time but also brings uniformity across the team, which enabled you to collaborate better.

Using the default job template, you can create:

  • Default job details (Commitment, Engagement Type and Job Description)

  • Default application form

  • Default stage workflow

  • Default Scorecards

To create the default job template, you can go to: https://recruiterflow.com/settings#job-settings

Default Job Details

The first section of the default job template allows you to add default commitment, engagement type, and job description. Do hit save to save all thee details.

When you create a new job, these details will be auto-populated. You can always edit and change them.

In the default application form section, you can create a default questionnaire that a candidate will fill in when they apply. You can choose from system questions or add your custom questions. You can also map the response of a custom question to a custom field or create a knockout question.
