How to use previous mapping criteria while performing multiple, similar bulk uploads?

A simple way to accelerate bulk uploads that have similar mapping

You often upload candidates, contacts, or companies that need to be mapped similarly in Recruiterflow. In such cases, manually defining the mapping every time becomes tedious.

You can instead use a previously applied mapping criteria for new uploads. Here's how you can do that:

Step 1

Head to the Candidates, Contacts, or Companies tab on Recruiterflow and click on the + button in the top right corner as shown.

Step 2

On the next page, choose 'Bulk upload via Spreadsheet' and select the file you want to upload.

Step 3

Once the file is uploaded, confirm whether the data matches with the file and click on the blue button as shown below.

Step 4

Now, on the right side, you will find a dropdown that shows the mapping assigned for the last 10 bulk uploads. You can choose one from the dropdown and the fields will be mapped on the left side as shown in the image.

Once complete, you can click on Save and Continue. Your upload will be executed.
