You can now bulk update candidate ratings on profiles and transfer older ratings into system fields through a bulk upload. This feature saves time, simplifies candidate evaluation, and ensures a streamlined process for managing your candidate pool.

There are two ways to bulk update candidate rating:

The steps are pretty much the same for both places, so let's get into the step-by-step process:

Head to the Candidate Tab or Advanced Search, and choose the profiles you want to update.

Click on the 'Update fields' button on the top bar above the table. For advanced search, you will find it under the options button (three dots).

Under the Field box, choose Candidate Rating from the drop-down. In the adjacent Action box, select whether you want to Change to or Remove values.

Once you select the action, choose a candidate rating from the dropdown and click on the Update fields button. The updated rating will be saved on the profiles.

Head to Candidate Advanced Search > Choose your custom field with a star rating as the filter and ensure you have chosen 'is set' as the filter type. Click Done.

Now, do a bulk selection of all the profiles, click on the options icon (three dots) and select Export to excel.

You will receive an email once the export is complete.

Next, click on the '+profile' icon beside advanced search, and select 'Add candidate'.

In the next screen, choose 'Bulk upload via spreadsheet' and choose the Excel file you exported.

Now confirm if the data is correct in the Preview window and click on 'Looks good, proceed to mapping'

Now, you don't have to map all the fields, just ensure you map the name, email and then the Candidate Rating to the Custom field - Star Rating. Once done, click on Save and continue at the bottom.

You can skip the next step and directly click on the Start bulk upload button since you just want to transfer your ratings. Recruiterflow will transfer all your custom field ratings to the Candidate Rating system field without impacting anything else.
