Recruiterflow offers flexible job visibility settings to cater to your unique recruitment needs. You can control who sees your job postings at various stages, ensuring the right people have access when necessary.

How to Set Job Visibility in Recruiterflow

  1. Click on the "Jobs" tab in the main navigation menu.

  2. Choose the job you want to set visibility for and click on "Edit" or create a new job.

  3. Head to Settings and select a Job Visibility option from the drop-down.

Here are the six visibility options available:

1. Draft

This is the default visibility set when you are still working on creating the job post. The job remains private and is not visible to anyone except for you.

2. External

This setting makes your job visible on your careers page and allows you to publish it on various job boards.

When to Use:

  • When you are ready to actively recruit for the position.

  • When you want to reach a wide audience of potential candidates.

3. Internal

This option restricts the job visibility to internal users only, with no public job page created.

When to Use:

  • When you want to keep the recruitment process strictly within the organization.

4. Unlisted

The job page is created but is not visible on your careers page and cannot be posted on job boards. Only people with the direct link can view the job description and apply.

When to Use:

  • When you want to share the job with a select audience.

  • When you do not want the job to appear on public job boards but still want to accept applications.

5. Confidential

This setting makes the job and associated candidates visible only to the hiring team and administrators within your organization.

When to Use:

  • When the job is confidential.

  • When you want only select team members to have access to the job details and candidates.

Note: External jobs cannot be changed into Confidential jobs.

6. Closed

Set the job to closed when the position has been filled or is no longer available. This status removes the job from your careers page and job boards.

When to Use:

  • When you have successfully filled the position.

  • When you decide to halt the recruitment process for a job.

Setting job visibility in Recruiterflow ensures that your job postings reach the right audience at the right time.
