Are emails not syncing with Recruiterflow?

In case your emails are no longer syncing with Recruiterflow, you can sync up your GSuite account with Recruiterflow again to start the sync.

You'd need to renew GSuite permission to solve this problem. Below are the steps mentioned to renew Gsuite permission.

  1. Remove permission for Recruiterflow from your GSuite account. This can be done here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Make sure that on this page, you are logged in using your email which you use on Recruiterflow, you can check that on the top right corner.

2. Once permission is removed, go to Recruiterflow and try sending an email to a candidate. The email would fail to send.

3. Once the email fails, go to https://recruiterflow.com/settings#permissions and enable send and receive email permission.
