Deal stages allow you to categorize and track the progress of the deals you are working on. The deal pipeline helps you track the current status of your deals, associated revenue and gives your unmatched insight to your sales process.
To Edit or Create a new deal pipeline go to Settings >> Deals Settings.
Click on the edit icon of the Default pipeline.
To add a new deal pipeline stage, click on add stage at the bottom, provide the stage name and win probability from the dropdown, and hit save.
You need to define a win probability for each stage.
You can also move stage order and edit or delete the existing stage.
Note: Ideally the deal pipeline should have both Closed Won and Closed Lost stage for accurate reporting.
