In this article, we will tell you what is the difference between "Last Contacted" and "Last Engaged" inside Recruiterflow.

  1. Last Contacted: Last contacted is the last day on which a candidate was contacted through either email, text or when a call was logged. In call logs, only the following call outcomes are considered.

  • Connected

  • Left Live Message

  • Left Voicemail

In last contacted, who reached out (either you or your team or the candidate/contact), doesn't matter.

2. Last Engaged: Last engaged data is the date on which the candidate had last responded through any medium.
