In Recruiterflow, you have the option to lock a candidate's profile
Once you lock a profile, all the activities, files, and communication on that profile will be locked and you will not be able to see any information in the activities section.

This ensures that going forward no changes or edits are made by any team member on that profile. If an edit has to be made the profile must be unlocked. Each team member receives an email notification if the profile is unlocked.
This is especially helpful to keep 'Hired' or 'Placed' candidates on the system without doing additional activity on their profiles.
