In Recruiterflow, you have the option to find out the list of candidates who don't have any files attached to their profile.

Go to Advanced search and select search through 'Candidates'. Now, click on 'add filter' under which you have to select 'File', and now select 'Does not exist' under 'Files'. Once you apply this filer, it will give you a list of all the candidates who do not have a file attached to their profile!
