The "No candidate moved into stage" filter in Recruiterflow allows you to identify jobs where no candidates have advanced through a hiring stage for a set period. This filter is particularly helpful for keeping tabs on jobs that may have stalled or are not progressing as expected, enabling you to take timely action and prevent delays in the recruitment process.

How to Use This Filter

You can set this filter in just 4 steps:

  1. Navigate to Advanced Search:

Go to the Advanced Search page in Recruiterflow, and select Jobs as your search category.

  2. Select the Filter:

From the list of available filters, choose the No Candidate Moved Into Stage filter.

  3. Set the Number of Days:

You can specify the number of days for which there has been no candidate movement. For example, you can choose jobs where no candidates have moved to the selected stage in the last 7 days.

  4. Run the Search:

Once you’ve configured the filter, click Done to view the list of jobs that meet the criteria.
