Advanced Reporting in Recruiterflow gives you the flexibility to analyze your data across different time periods, whether you’re tracking recruiting or sales metrics.

This guide explains the four view options—Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly—and how they help you analyze your data effectively.

1. Daily View

What It Does: Breaks down your data into individual days for detailed, granular analysis to monitor day-to-day performance fluctuations.

Example:

A recruiter is analyzing candidate submissions for a job over the past week. Using the Daily View, they can see how many submissions were made each day, helping them identify patterns like spikes on Monday and Tuesday due to weekend sourcing efforts.

2. Weekly View

What It Does: Groups data into weekly intervals, making it easier to spot trends over time while reducing day-to-day noise.

Example:

A RecOps manager wants to track job offers extended over the past month. Using the Weekly View, they can assess how many offers were made each week and evaluate whether changes in sourcing or interviewing strategies are yielding results.

3. Monthly View

What It Does: Consolidates your data into months, giving you a broader view of your performance over time.

Example:

A business owner is analyzing revenue generated by contingent jobs over the past six months. The Monthly View provides a clear breakdown of revenue for each month, helping them identify slow months or growth trends.

4. Quarterly View

What It Does: Summarizes your data into three-month intervals, ideal for long-term strategic planning and tracking.

Example:

A staffing agency owner is reviewing placement performance for the last year. Using the Quarterly View, they can compare performance across Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 to determine which quarter yielded the highest revenue and why.

By using these view options, you can analyze your data with precision and gain actionable insights to optimize your recruiting and sales strategies. If you have any questions or need help navigating Advanced Reporting, our support team is here to assist!
