Using the Submission Agent – Step‑by‑Step
Open the candidate profile and click on the edit icon as seen in the image. Next, select the Submit to client option from the list as seen in the image.
As you can see, the contact name associated with your job, your email, signature are already pre-loaded. Now on the right side, just click on the ✨ Submission Agent button.
The agent takes a few seconds to study the details around the:
Most recent candidate achievements and other details
Job requirements (skills, location, salary, etc)
The candidate's Resume/CV
It then generates a perfect and personalized submission email capturing the key details crucial for a hiring manager.
Review the generated three‑bullet email. All branding and signature details are pre‑filled, along with the candidate's CV (if present on the profile).
Once set, finally click on Send email.

1. Who can access the Submission Agent?
The submission agent is currently accessible to all for free. Eventually, it will be part of Recruiterflow Custom Plan, and only accounts subscribed to the Custom Plan will have access to it.
We will keep you notified of any changes around this.
2. Can I edit the email?
Yes. You can make additions to the email once generated by the agent. However, we advise you to include impactful data that signals the quality of the candidate. Or just let the agent help you find that :)
