How to View Candidates in an Off Limit Company?
You can see the off limit status of a candidate inside their profile in Recruiterflow. There will be a banner right on top of their name and you can find more details by hovering on it as seen in the image.
Modifying the Off Limit Status for Candidates
Here are the steps you can follow to adjust off limit restrictions:
Click on the details link present on the off limit banner inside the candidate profile.
In the next window that opens up, click on Modify.

When you make modifications:
Activity logs are automatically updated to reflect any changes, ensuring transparency and traceability. Each action is recorded with details about the user who performed the modification, timestamp, and the nature of the change.
If you adjust the Off Limit reason or cool-off period, the status for all affected candidates automatically updates, restarting the cool-off period if applicable.
Only users with admin permissions can modify Off Limit statuses for candidates.
Important Considerations
Only Admin users can edit or remove Off Limit statuses.
Each modification is permanently recorded in Recruiterflow's activity logs for auditing purposes.
Double confirmation may be required for bulk actions or when significantly changing an Off Limit status to ensure accuracy and intention.
