Add Candidates Manually

When you have a candidate's details on hand and want to get them into Recruiterflow without using the Chrome Extension or an import, you can add them manually in a few clicks.

How to add a candidate manually:

  1. Click the + Add button in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select Add Candidate from the dropdown.


  3. In the form that appears, enter the candidate's details — at minimum, a name is required. You can also add email, phone number, current company, and job title.


  4. Click Save. The candidate profile is created immediately.

Recruiterflow will auto-parse information if you paste a resume or bio text directly into the profile after creation — it picks up name, email, and phone number automatically.

Things to know:

  • Manually added candidates are not tied to a specific job by default. To associate them with a job, open the candidate profile and use the Add to Job option.

  • If you're adding a candidate who already exists in the system, Recruiterflow will flag the duplicate before saving.

  • You can also bulk-import candidates via CSV if you're adding more than a few at once — see the import guide for that.
