Logging candidate communication, stage movements and activities

Every email, stage change, and key activity tied to a candidate is automatically captured in Recruiterflow β€” no manual logging needed.

You can find the full history on the Activity Log tab inside any candidate's profile.

This includes emails your team has sent, replies received, pipeline stage movements, interview notes, and any actions taken on the candidate record.

What gets logged automatically:

  • Inbound and outbound emails (once Google or Outlook permissions are connected)

  • Pipeline stage changes β€” who moved the candidate and when

  • Interview scheduling and updates

  • Notes and activities added by team members

This gives every recruiter on the team full context on where a candidate stands, without having to chase colleagues for updates. If you're picking up a candidate someone else was managing, the Activity Log is the first place to look.

Note: Email logging requires your Google or Outlook account to be connected under Settings > Permissions. If emails aren't showing up, that's the first thing to check.
