Hireflix is a one-way video interviewing platform. Connect it to Recruiterflow and candidates are automatically invited to complete a video interview the moment they reach a specific stage in your pipeline — no manual outreach needed. You can also review their responses directly from Recruiterflow.
Part 1: Connect Hireflix to Recruiterflow
Contact Recruiterflow support via the chat icon in the bottom right of the app to get your Recruiterflow API key.
Log in to Hireflix and go to Account → Integrations → Recruiterflow.
Toggle the integration on and paste your API key.
Hireflix will provide a Webhook URL. Copy it — you'll use it in the next part.
Part 2: Create a Recipe in Recruiterflow
In Recruiterflow, go to Recipes and click + New Recipe.
Give the recipe a name.
Click + Add Trigger and select A Candidate's Stage Changes in a Job. Leave From Stage blank. Set To Stage to the stage that should trigger the video interview invite.
In the Action section, select Send to Webhook and paste the Webhook URL from Hireflix.
Click Save.
Go back to Hireflix, click I have watched the video, then click Finish to activate the integration.
Part 3: Link Recruiterflow jobs to Hireflix interviews
Before triggering invites, you need to match each Recruiterflow job to the corresponding Hireflix interview. Make sure you've created the interview in Hireflix first.
In Hireflix, go to Integrations → Recruiterflow and click the configuration cog.
In the table that opens, match each Recruiterflow job to its corresponding Hireflix interview.
Move a candidate to the trigger stage. They'll be automatically invited to the video interview. The invite takes 6–7 minutes to send — after refreshing, you'll see a Hireflix Interview Sent tag on the candidate.
Reviewing responses
Once a candidate completes the interview, a review link is automatically added to their Recruiterflow profile and a Hireflix Interview Done tag appears. Click the link to watch the interview without logging in to Hireflix.
Things to know
The review link on the candidate profile expires after 75 days.
Each Recruiterflow job needs to be individually mapped to a Hireflix interview in the Hireflix configuration table.
The trigger stage in your Recipe determines when the invite is sent — you can set a different stage per job if needed by creating multiple recipes.
If a candidate doesn't respond, no "Done" tag will appear. You'll need to follow up manually or set up a reminder sequence in Recruiterflow.
