Integrate Dripify with Recruiterflow via Zapier

Use Zapier to automatically create Recruiterflow candidate or contact records when a LinkedIn prospect accepts your connection in Dripify.

Written by Adarsh N

Use Zapier to connect Dripify — a LinkedIn automation tool — with Recruiterflow. When a prospect accepts your connection request in Dripify, they're automatically created as a candidate or contact in Recruiterflow.

What you'll need

  • An active Dripify account with a campaign

  • A Zapier account (sign up free if you don't have one)

  • A Recruiterflow account

Part 1: Set up your Dripify campaign

  1. Log in to Dripify and click Campaigns.

  1. Click Add Leads and create a list by pasting the URL of your LinkedIn search.

  1. Click Next, select Custom Campaign, click Select Template, and build your outreach sequence.

  1. Name your campaign and configure the webhook. Most recruiters trigger the send to Recruiterflow after a connection request is accepted — select After a connection request is accepted from the dropdown.

Part 2: Create the Zap in Zapier

  1. Log in to Zapier and click Create Zap.

  1. Trigger: Search for and select Webhooks by Zapier. Set the event to Catch Hook and click Continue.

  1. Copy the webhook URL that Zapier generates.

  1. Go back to Dripify, paste the webhook URL into the webhook field, and click Test to confirm Dripify can send data to Zapier.

  1. Return to Zapier and click Test Trigger. You'll see the test data that Dripify sent — confirm it looks right.

Part 3: Map data to Recruiterflow

  1. In the Action step of your Zap, search for and select Recruiterflow.

  1. Set the event to Save data to Recruiterflow and click Continue.

  1. Select your Recruiterflow account from the dropdown and click Continue.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations in Recruiterflow and choose the form that matches what you want to create — a candidate form or a contact form.

  2. Map the fields from Dripify (name, email, phone, etc.) to the corresponding fields in Recruiterflow.

  1. Click Test Action to confirm data is flowing correctly, then click Publish Zap to go live.

Things to know

  • You can choose to trigger the Zap at different points in your Dripify sequence — connection accepted is the most common, but you can also fire on a message reply or other events.

  • Decide upfront whether Dripify leads should become candidates or contacts in Recruiterflow — the record type is set by which form you select in the Integrations settings.

  • If a lead already exists in Recruiterflow, a duplicate record may be created. Review your existing data before publishing the Zap.
