Dubber Integration: Connect Call Recordings to Recruiterflow

Connect Dubber to Recruiterflow to automatically sync MS Teams call recordings, transcripts, and AI insights to your candidate and contact profiles.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Connect Dubber to Recruiterflow and have every MS Teams call recording automatically synced to the right candidate or contact profile, complete with AI transcription and conversation insights.

What you can do

Once Dubber is connected, every call your team makes through Microsoft Teams is captured and surfaced inside Recruiterflow:

  • Call recordings from MS Teams are automatically linked to the relevant candidate or contact profile

  • AI-generated transcripts are available directly in the Notetaker Meetings tab on each profile

  • Replay, review, and reference any conversation without leaving Recruiterflow

All call activity is logged automatically, your team always has full context before the next touchpoint.

How it works

The integration connects your Dubber account to Recruiterflow via OAuth. Once connected, Dubber sends a webhook to Recruiterflow each time a new recording is created. Recruiterflow picks up the recording, links it to the matching profile, uploads the audio, and sends it for transcription automatically.

Recordings and transcripts appear in the Notetaker Meetings tab on the candidate or contact profile.

What you need before getting started

Before connecting Dubber, make sure you have the following in place:

  • An active Dubber account on a premium plan - Dubber Unified Capture, Dubber Unified Capture + Insights, or Dubber Insights (see note below)

  • Microsoft Teams set up and connected to Dubber for call recording

  • Admin access in Recruiterflow to connect the integration

  • Your MS Teams users added to the MS Teams Dubber Recording Security Group in your Office 365 admin portal

Important - Dubber plan requirement: The Recruiterflow integration requires access to Dubber's premium API. The standard Dubber Recording plan does not include this. To use this integration, your Dubber account must be on one of these plans: Dubber Unified Capture, Dubber Unified Capture + Insights, or Dubber Insights. If you need to upgrade, you can do so via the Azure Marketplace by placing a modification order on your existing subscription.

How to connect Dubber to Recruiterflow

  1. In Recruiterflow, go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Find Dubber and click Connect.

  3. You'll be redirected to Dubber to complete the OAuth flow. Log in with your Dubber account credentials.

  4. Once authorised, you'll be returned to Recruiterflow. The integration is now active.

From this point, Dubber will send a notification to Recruiterflow each time a new call recording is created. The recording will automatically appear on the relevant profile in the Meetings tab.

Note: Only calls recorded through Microsoft Teams via Dubber will sync to Recruiterflow. Recordings must be captured in Dubber before they appear in RF.

Troubleshooting

Recordings aren't syncing to Recruiterflow

Check that your Dubber user is added to the MS Teams Dubber Recording Security Group in your Office 365 admin portal. Without this, calls made from Teams won't be captured by Dubber and won't reach Recruiterflow.

Getting a "Premium API required" error (403)

Your Dubber account is on the standard recording plan, which does not include premium API access. Upgrade to Dubber Unified Capture, Unified Capture + Insights, or Dubber Insights via the Azure Marketplace to resolve this.

Recordings show up in Dubber but not in Recruiterflow

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Dubber integration from Settings > Integrations. This re-registers the webhook and should resume the sync.
