Zoom Phone Integration for Outbound Calling

How to connect Zoom Phone to Recruiterflow for outbound calling, auto-logging, and AIRA Notetaker transcripts.

Written by Kanishk Sharma

Recruiterflow's Zoom Phone integration lets you make outbound calls directly from any candidate or contact profile. Calls are logged automatically, and if call recording is enabled, transcripts are available via AIRA Notetaker.

Setting up the integration

Step 1 — Go to Integrations

  1. In Recruiterflow, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  2. In the left sidebar, go to Integrations.

  3. Under Telephony, select Zoom from the dropdown.

Step 2 — Connect your Zoom account

  1. Click Connect next to the Zoom logo.

  2. You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization screen — click Allow to grant access.

Note: Make sure you're logged into the Zoom account that has your Zoom Phone number assigned.

Step 3 — Configure your settings

After connecting, your Zoom number will appear under the Telephony section. To enable call transcripts via AIRA Notetaker, check Enable call recording and click Save.

If recording is disabled, call recordings and transcripts will not be available in Recruiterflow.

Making calls from Recruiterflow

  1. Open any candidate or contact profile.

  2. Click the phone number — the Zoom Phone app launches and dials the number.

  3. When the call ends, it's automatically logged in the Calls tab on the profile.

Accessing call transcripts with AIRA Notetaker

When recording is enabled, Recruiterflow pulls transcripts into AIRA Notetaker after each call. From there you can review the conversation timeline, search by keyword, and share notes with your team.

Disconnecting Zoom Phone

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. In the Telephony section, click Disconnect next to the Zoom logo and confirm.

Once disconnected, calls will no longer be logged or recorded in Recruiterflow.
