With Recruiterflow's Zoom Phone integration, you can make outbound calls directly from the platform, log calls automatically, and even access call recordings and transcripts via the AIRA Notetaker.
This helps streamline your communication workflow and keep everything tracked in one place.
Setting Up Zoom Phone Integration
Follow the steps below to connect your Zoom Phone with Recruiterflow.
Step 1: Go to Integrations
In Recruiterflow, click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
From the left-hand sidebar, navigate to Integrations.
Under Telephony, select Zoom from the dropdown.
Step 2: Connect your Zoom account
Click the Connect button next to the Zoom logo.
You’ll be redirected to Zoom’s authorization screen.
Review the permissions Recruiterflow is requesting.
Click Allow to authorize access.
Note: Make sure you're logged in with the correct Zoom account associated with your Zoom Phone number.
Configure Zoom Phone Settings
Once connected, you’ll see your Zoom number appear under the Telephony section.
Here you can:
Enable auto call logging: Automatically logs all outbound calls made via Zoom to the candidate or contact’s timeline in Recruiterflow.
Enable call recording: Store and access recordings within AIRA Notetaker if enabled.
Click Save to apply your settings.
Making Calls from Recruiterflow
Once Zoom is connected:
Navigate to any Candidate, or Contact profile.
Click on the contact number of the person and then you can make a call.
Your Zoom Phone app will launch, and the call will be made.
If auto-logging is enabled, the call details will appear in the Calls tab as seen in the image below..
Accessing Call Transcripts with AIRA Notetaker
If call recording and transcription are enabled in your Zoom settings, Recruiterflow will automatically pull in transcripts in AIRA Notetaker.
You can:
View transcripts directly with the timeline
Use keywords and notes to quickly review conversations
Share and collaborate on transcripts with your team
Disconnecting Zoom Phone
To remove the integration:
Go to Settings > Integrations in Recruiterflow.
In the Telephony section, click Disconnect next to the Zoom logo.
Confirm the disconnection.
Once disconnected, calls will no longer be logged or recorded in Recruiterflow.
