Connect Recruiterflow to Zapier and you can push data into thousands of other apps — Slack, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and the rest — without writing any code. This article walks the user through generating the Zapier API key inside Recruiterflow so you can authenticate the connection on Zapier's side.
What you get with the Zapier integration
Zapier listens for events in Recruiterflow (a new candidate, a stage change, a placement) and triggers actions in other tools. You can also flip it around — when something happens in another app, Zapier can create or update records in Recruiterflow.
Generate your Zapier API key
Each workspace has its own key — share it carefully.
Open Settings from the main navigation in Recruiterflow.
In the left sidebar, click Integrations.
Find the Zapier card in the list of integrations.
Click the three-dot menu on the Zapier card and choose Generate Key.
Copy the key that appears. You'll paste this into Zapier when it asks you to authenticate Recruiterflow.
Connect Recruiterflow on Zapier
Head to Zapier and search for the Recruiterflow app. When Zapier prompts you to connect an account, paste the API key you copied. Zapier will validate the key and your workspace will show up under available accounts in the Zap editor.
Things to know
The key is workspace-wide. Anyone holding it can read and write data through Zapier — store it like a password.
