To connect Recruiterflow to Zapier, you'll need an API key. Generate one directly from your Recruiterflow settings — no support ticket required.
Steps to generate your Zapier API key
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Find the Zapier integration at the top of the page.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to Zapier.
Select Generate Zapier Key.
Copy the key — you'll paste it into Zapier when setting up your first Zap.
Using the key in Zapier
When creating a Zap that uses Recruiterflow as a trigger or action, Zapier will prompt you to authenticate. Paste your API key when asked for your Recruiterflow credentials.
Things to know
Only Admins can access the Integrations settings page. If you don't see it, ask your workspace Admin to generate the key.
Generating a new key invalidates the old one. Any existing Zaps using the old key will stop working until updated with the new key.
Your Zapier API key is workspace-level, not per-user.
