Forward resume emails to a unique Recruiterflow address and the candidate is parsed and added to your account automatically β either to your general database or directly into a specific job.
How Maildrop works
Every Recruiterflow account has a unique Maildrop email address. Forward any email with a resume attached to that address, and Recruiterflow parses the resume and creates the candidate record. You also get a job-specific Maildrop address for every job, so candidates land in the right pipeline without extra clicks.
Account-level Maildrop
Use this when you want to add a candidate to your general database without attaching them to a job yet.
Go to Settings β General Settings.
Copy your unique Maildrop email address.
Forward any resume email to that address.
Job-specific Maildrop
Use this when you want the candidate added to your database and dropped straight into the source stage of a specific job.
Go to the Jobs page.
Click the three dots next to the job you want.
Select Copy Maildrop Link.
Forward resumes to that address.
Example
You're sourcing for a Senior Backend Engineer role. A trusted referrer emails you three resumes. Grab the job's Maildrop address, forward the email to it, and all three candidates land in the source stage of the Senior Backend Engineer job β ready for triage.

Things to know
Only forward from an email address that's added as a user in your Recruiterflow account. Forwards from outside addresses are rejected.
You can forward multiple resumes in one email. Each is parsed and added as a separate candidate.
Recruiterflow emails you back when each candidate is added, so you have a confirmation trail.
The job-specific address adds candidates to the source stage of that job. Move them through the pipeline from there.
