AIRA Notetaker now automatically identifies action items from your calls and creates tasks in Recruiterflow complete with descriptions, assignees, and due dates. This ensures every commitment made during a conversation becomes a tracked task without any manual effort.
How It Works
When AIRA Notetaker records a call (via Zoom, Meet, Teams, or phone), it analyzes the conversation and:
Identifies action items mentioned during the call
Creates tasks based on what was discussed
Assigns tasks to the right people mentioned in the conversation
Sets due dates based on urgency or deadlines discussed
Makes tasks visible in your Recruiterflow task list (optional)
All of this happens automatically, no manual data entry required.

Setting Default Due Dates
If a call doesn't mention a specific deadline:
Go to Settings → Task Settings
Under AIRA Generated Tasks, set your default due date
Options: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, etc.
This applies to:
Tasks assigned to you
Unassigned tasks where you're the meeting owner
Task Assignment Logic
AIRA assigns tasks based on:
Direct mentions – "John, can you send the contract?"
Meeting host – Default assignee if no one is mentioned
User with most talk time – Secondary default if host isn't internal
Unassigned – When AIRA can't determine the right person
Best Practices
✅ Review tasks after each call – Verify assignments and due dates are correct
✅ Enable Tasks page visibility – Keep all your tasks in one place
✅ Set realistic default due dates – Choose a timeline that matches your workflow
✅ Assign unassigned tasks promptly – Don't let action items fall through the cracks
✅ Mark tasks complete immediately – Keep your list clean and accurate

A: Only for calls where the AIRA Notetaker is present and identifies clear action items with future due dates.
