How does tracking work?
When someone clicks your unique referral link and signs up, they're automatically linked to your account. Log into your referral dashboard on FirstPromoter to see each referral's name and current status.
What happens after someone clicks my link?
Here's the full journey from click to commission:
They click your referral link and sign up.
The Recruiterflow sales team reaches out to qualify them and schedule a demo.
If they sign up and pay their invoice, the commission is attributed to your account.
You can track progress in your FirstPromoter dashboard at any point.
Payouts are processed quarterly.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A referral is qualified when the person you referred completes the sales process and becomes a paying customer. If they sign up but don't convert to a paid plan, no commission is earned.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes — there's no limit on how many people you can refer and no cap on total earnings.
What if my referral was already talking to the sales team?
Attribution goes to whoever's referral link was used first. If your contact was already in conversation with the Recruiterflow sales team before clicking your link, reach out to help@recruiterflow.com and the team will review it on a case-by-case basis.
