Set a Recruiterflow password and sign in with it

Set up a Recruiterflow-specific password as a backup to Google or Outlook SSO, and learn how to sign in with it.

Written by Amritanshu Anand

If you usually sign in to Recruiterflow with Google or Outlook but want a backup way to log in, you can set a Recruiterflow-specific password. Useful when SSO is unavailable, you've changed your work email, or you simply prefer password login.

How it works

A Recruiterflow password is separate from your Google or Outlook password. It logs you into Recruiterflow only and is tied to the email address on your Recruiterflow account. Setting one doesn't disable SSO β€” Google and Outlook sign-in keep working alongside it.

Set your password

  1. Enter the email address on your Recruiterflow account.

  2. Click Send Reset Link.

  3. Open the email from Recruiterflow and click the reset link.

  4. Enter a new password and click Change Password.

Sign in with your password

  1. Enter your email and your new Recruiterflow password.

  2. Click Login.

Example

Sarah signs in with her Google account every day. Before a long trip, she wants a fallback in case Google SSO acts up on the road. She visits the password reset page, sets a Recruiterflow password, and now has two ways in β€” Google SSO on her laptop and her Recruiterflow password from her phone.

Things to know

  • Your Recruiterflow password is not the same as your Outlook or Google password.

  • Setting a Recruiterflow password doesn't turn off SSO. You can keep using Google or Outlook to sign in.

  • If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you used the same email address that's on your Recruiterflow user profile.

  • Reset links expire after a short window. If yours has expired, request a new one from the reset page.

  • Still seeing login errors after a reset? Clear your browser cookies for recruiterflow.com or try an incognito window.
