System keeps logging me out

Fix Recruiterflow logging you out unexpectedly by clearing stored site data — current steps for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.

If Recruiterflow keeps logging you out before your session should end, the cause is almost always stored site data in your browser, old cookies or cached login tokens that are confusing the session. Clearing site data for Recruiterflow fixes it.

Why this happens

Browsers cache login tokens and session cookies. When that cache gets into a bad state, your browser sends stale credentials, Recruiterflow rejects them, and you land on the login screen. Clearing the stored data resets the slate.

How to fix it

The fix is the same idea in every browser: clear cookies and site data for recruiterflow.com from the address bar, then sign back in. Pick your browser below.

Chrome

  1. Open Recruiterflow in Chrome.

  2. Click the tune icon (or lock icon) on the left of the address bar, next to the URL. A small panel opens with "Connection is secure", "Cookies and site data", and "Site settings".

3. Click Site settings. A new tab opens with site details for recruiterflow.com.

4. Under the Usage section, click Delete data.

  1. Confirm by clicking Delete.

  2. Reload Recruiterflow and sign back in.

Edge

  1. Open Recruiterflow in Edge.

  2. Click the lock icon on the left of the address bar, next to the URL.

  3. Click Permissions for this site.

  4. On the site settings page, click Delete data.

  5. Confirm by clicking Delete.

  6. Reload Recruiterflow and sign back in.

Firefox

  1. Open Recruiterflow in Firefox.

  2. Click the lock icon on the left of the address bar, next to the URL.

  3. Click Clear cookies and site data.

  4. In the confirmation dialog, click Remove.

  5. Reload Recruiterflow and sign back in.

Safari

Safari doesn't have a "clear site data" option in the address bar, so you'll do this from Safari's settings:

  1. Open the Safari menu → SettingsPrivacy.

  2. Click Manage Website Data.

  3. Search for recruiterflow.

  4. Select each entry and click Remove.

  5. Click Done, then reload Recruiterflow and sign back in.

Things to know

  • Clearing site data signs you out of Recruiterflow on that browser. Have your password or SSO ready before you start.

  • Your data inside Recruiterflow isn't affected, only the local browser cache is wiped.

  • If logouts continue after clearing, check whether your IT or device policy is blocking third-party cookies for recruiterflow.com.
