Q: Who should I contact if I have a question about my referral or payout?

Q: I signed up for the referral program a while ago but haven't made any referrals yet. Is my account still active?

Yes, your account stays active. Your referral link is still valid. If you'd like to revisit the program or need a fresh link, just log into your FirstPromoter dashboard or contact us.


Q: What if the person I referred doesn't use my link but tells the sales team I sent them?

Unfortunately, we can only attribute referrals that come through your unique link. Make sure the person you're referring uses your link when they sign up -- not just a general Recruiterflow URL.


Q: Can I refer someone I already know is looking at Recruiterflow?

Yes. If they haven't signed up yet and use your link, the referral will be attributed to you.
